1. Q: What is the delivery process?

A: You can place an order online or by phone during our regular business hours. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that states we have received your order, from there you''re order will be verified and filled. You will receive another email stating the order has been filled and a representative will call you to answer any questions you have and arrange your delivery time and location. When the driver has almost arrived they will call to let you know they are close. 

2. Q: Where will you deliver to?

A: At this time we are not saying no to anyone. However, if you live outside of 15 miles of Issaquah a small $15.00 delivery fee will be added to your order.

3. Q: What are your delivery hours?

A: 7 days a week 9am-7pm. We do offer after hours and same day delivery. *Fees may apply to rush and after hours orders*

4. Q: Once I place an order, how soon can I expect to receive it?

A: If placed after 9AM then you can you can expect your product the following business day, unless you opt for a rush order or after hours order. (See FAQ #5)

5. Q: Do you offer same day delivery or rush delivery?

A: Typically if you order before 9 AM we should be able to get it to you the same day otherwise it will be the next day. We do offer rush at a fee of $20 that will be added to your order. The rush order will be dispatched and an estimated time will be given to you. After hours orders will be assessed at the time of order based on driver availability. 

A: Yes, we understand that you may be uncomfortable receiving cannabis at your front door. All of our vehicles and drivers are unmarked, discreet, respectful and professional. You may also request to receive your order at a location other then you''re place of residence. 

A: Here at GreenLink Medical Collective our products are well above industry standard and all professionally grown, baked or extracted. If you read some of our comments on Leafly.com you will see that quality and customer service has been our secret to success for several years. That being said our prices are very fair and the more you purchase the better the pricing is.

9. Q: Is your menu always up to date.

A: Yes. However you may be unlucky enough to catch the menu at the same time we run out of a product and before we can update it. If that happens we will inform you right away and offer a substitute that will be similar.
